1. Free browser-based tool
VideoToMP3 is provided free of charge as a general-purpose convenience tool. It runs primarily through software in your browser and depends on your device, operating system, browser, memory, storage, network access and the codecs inside your file.
2. No guarantee that conversion will work
We do not guarantee that the service will be available, uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with your device, or able to open or convert any particular file. A file may fail, stall, produce incomplete output, lose metadata, sound different, or be unsupported. Progress estimates may be delayed or inaccurate.
3. Use at your own risk
You use the service and its output at your own risk. Keep an independent backup of every important source file. Do not delete, overwrite or modify an original file until you have confirmed that the converted MP3 is complete and suitable for your needs. VideoToMP3 is not an archival, backup, emergency, medical, legal or professional production service.
4. Your responsibility
You are solely responsible for selecting files, having permission to use them, checking the output, protecting your device and data, and complying with copyright, privacy, publicity, contract and other applicable laws. The availability of the tool does not grant rights to copy, extract or distribute content owned by someone else.
5. No responsibility for device or data problems
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VideoToMP3 and its operator are not responsible for failed conversions, corrupted or missing output, loss of files or data, device slowdown, browser crashes, storage use, battery drain, network charges, lost time, lost revenue, business interruption, or other indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use or inability to use the service.
6. No warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without express or implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, compatibility and non-infringement.
7. Liability cap
Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, the total liability of VideoToMP3 and its operator arising from the free service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the service during the twelve months before the claim or USD 25, unless applicable law requires a different remedy or limit.
8. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in this Disclaimer excludes or limits liability, warranties, remedies or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit, including liability that cannot be waived for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where applicable.
