1. Agreement
By accessing or using VideoToMP3, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. If you use the service for an organization, you confirm you are authorized to accept these Terms for it.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. If local law requires a higher age, that higher age applies. Minors must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. The service
VideoToMP3 provides software that runs in a compatible browser to extract audio from video files. Features, supported formats, limits and availability may change. Browser, device, codec, memory and storage limitations can affect results. We do not promise that every file will convert successfully.
4. Your files and permissions
You keep all rights in files you select. You represent that you own the file or have every permission needed to convert and use it. You are responsible for the legality of the source and output, including copyright, privacy, publicity and contractual rights.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use VideoToMP3 to:
- infringe copyright or other rights;
- process unlawful, abusive or exploitative content;
- circumvent access controls, digital-rights protection or paid services;
- introduce malware or interfere with the service;
- automate excessive requests, probe security or attempt unauthorized access;
- misrepresent affiliation with VideoToMP3; or
- violate any applicable law.
6. Intellectual property
The VideoToMP3 name, website design, software, text and branding are owned by or licensed to the operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service for lawful personal or business purposes. No ownership rights are transferred.
7. Copyright notices
If you believe material published by VideoToMP3 infringes your rights, email info@videotomp3.online with your contact information, identification of the protected work and allegedly infringing material, its location, a good-faith statement, a statement of accuracy and authority, and your physical or electronic signature. This process concerns material we publish; user-selected videos are designed to remain on the user’s device.
8. Third-party services and advertising
The website may use or display third-party hosting, analytics, advertising or other services. Those providers have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services merely because they are linked or displayed.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoToMP3 is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, accuracy or compatibility. You should keep backups of important files and verify output before relying on it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoToMP3 and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, files, revenue, profits or goodwill arising from use or inability to use the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid to use the service during the previous twelve months or USD 25. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Indemnity
Where permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify VideoToMP3 against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your files, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Suspension and changes
We may restrict or discontinue the service, or block abusive use, at any time. We may update these Terms. Continued use after revised Terms take effect means you accept them, except where applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
13. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the VideoToMP3 operator, without overriding mandatory protections that apply where you live. Disputes must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted process. If part of these Terms is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue.
